How important is the android package name and can I change it?

I was using a default package name when building the app for my client: com.mycompany.telegramfeedapp. I now I realise that to change it I need to release a whole new app, which is super anoying because I will need to configure a lot of stuff again…

How important is the package name in the listing and sales process?

Is it possible to change it?

Imho it’s not important for your users. Might look a bit like ‘firsty’ for other devs. But as long as nobody shared that on Reddit nothing should happen
