I would look for a project idea with:
- integrated viral loops
- monthly subscriptions “1st things 1st” doesn’t have any of those because of its nature. Normally you set priorities just a few times a year and the prioritization process is a pretty personal thing, so you don’t share anything there.
The new SaaS I am building, has (or can have) those two aspects. So fingers crossed.

How do you confirm that it has a viral loop and monthly subscription? Are you talking about joining an existing product? Or building one from scratch?

I can’t confirm, that it will be successful, but it has the concept that when you share, the value is added. And monthly subscription is a viable model, because the tool is meant to be used regularly (at least several times per month).
