Job interviews weren’t making justice of who I am. Regular jobs seem like a lot of politics just to finish simple tasks. selling my services as freelancing time made it much better. Maybe opening a company at the end will make it even better because I have full control of the scope of a project and I myself can do the job of managing expectations.

Somehow it all boils down to freedom for me. More freedom to do thing own your own, to say no, maybe even somewhere in the future more financial freedom.

After building some products and earning money online, I can’t exchange my time for fixed money anymore

Mainly, freedom (in terms of time management and location), more possibilities to make more money than with employment, and having fun.

Mine would be freedom to work on what I want and also the possibility of uncapped earnings vs a salary with a fixed number annually.
