Probably working too late into the night too often. When I was 22 I was assigned to the night shift at command post. I would work something like 7PM to 7AM each night. My eyes got very sore and red. I had to use eye drops. As soon as I stopped the job they were better again.

I have irritated eyes at the moment, but it’s hay fever for me. Maybe you also have that? Some antiallergic pills help a little.

Yes it happens to me all the time Tiago Ferreira Get some heavy duty eye drops from the chemist and take an antihistamine if you’re prone to hayfever.

Tiago Ferreira I’ve been taking whenever i can. Sometimes solgar stops production due to the lack of ingredients, so I just eat oranges and carrots daily. To this day my glasses are gaining dust inside it’s box

Been happening to me for sometime, I switched to more low brightness setting on my devices, took eyedrops for a while and now shifted to blue light glasses.
As far as I know, you already wear glasses right Tiago ? Do they have blue light blockers ?

Good point Suvojit Manna. They probably don’t have. It’s time for an upgrade.
