It really depends what you want to create. If you want to get well written blog posts then I believe you need to find experts in that specific topic. A good writer for climate change might not be a good writer for twitter. So for quality I would probably go to LinkedIn and expect the price to be no less than 100 bucks per Blogpost.
For something more around re-writing information that already exists I would go for chat-gpt XD
