Impossible to measure, but just like that, I don’t think so. Maybe if I added a CTA that said ‘Follow to see your photo here’ would attract some curious people. But again, I don’t see how that can be measured.

I actually wondered whether I should follow Toni and then did it because I was curious about the header, but it took quite some time to update and it was really for the effect only, so no strong ties through that, I guess.

I guess, this trick got old as many people use this now. maybe initially it worked when this thing was new to people.
I was using it from the beginning. Recently I stopped using to it and replaced it with a better banner. And I didn’t see any decrease in new followers.

Thanks for the feedback! I guess that as Kazi Rabbany was saying it was quite cool at first but since every one knows about it in the IH community it lost its uniqueness… I wonder if it still works on the other communities… 🤔
